Cancellations and Returns

Customers may cancel orders and return merchandise under certain conditions.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders any time prior to shipment without penalty. Exceptions occur when Baron Belts intermediates a purchase from a supplier, in which case the customer may be asked for a non-refundable deposit.

Returns

Any claim for shortage, damage or wrong items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns require our authorization and must be made within 14 days. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
